K-On, it shouldn't be too difficult to find other recent anime you're interested in. I'd like to give you recommendations for anime right now, but I'll hold back this time since this is a discussion thread.

Nobody here can help you with that. Either make an effort to watch more anime, or resign yourself to watching it in a limited time frame per day.
