Since they didn't show her body at all. It could have been a badly disfigured corpse used as a replacement that Roy saw. I think RUC is doing some experiments on Rose's real body. But all will be revealed in due course.

I guess you could be right. They wouldn't have that higher-up in the RUC showing so much interest in her for nothing.

Of course, then again, they did take her face out of the intro scenes at the very beginning of the OP.
