I think the Farmland Saga ended a bit ago when they were freed of slavery. If they actually head to Vinland it's just more Farmland/Pacifist Saga. First we have Boat Saga, since that is a long trip.
I agree though, before that I want to see the aftermath with Canute/Ketil/Snake/Thorgil.
