Forced myself to finish watching the episode. The character interactions were so incredibly bad. Seriously, what the hell was that about? It was so jarring that I found myself just rolling my eyes or grimacing throughout the episode as *stuff* happened. ie: "oh hey, a girl is holding a gun to my face and she shot at me, let's start talking about an accidental kiss though". There are even more examples but I'm feeling frustrated just thinking about them to bother mentioning them.
Despite all the cliche's, the premise sounds a little interesting but the execution is a total turn off. Is the source material better?
