uuh, I also thought it's along that line at first, but then again, when I read about the word "mineral", I googled to see if it's actually related to alchemy or something... and so, the result is "it's related" but still no correct wording of it, it could mean "Transmutation" or "Synthetize" but I choose Synergy since it's the closest word that I can find... I might be wrong though~ 
By the way, I also already changed the skill name to Synergy.
