Well, that's what it says on the main site - 尾崎智美. She did do the designs for Kurau, but I'm not 100% sure it's the same person who did the inbetween animation for E7. See, even if both are Bones things, it just makes no sense that a
character designer is an inbetweener and not a key animator... because you usually have to be pretty experienced and good to be a character designer, which means you should be having experience as a key animator. And it is the same kanji for the person who did the inbetweening, I should know... Perhaps it's some bizarre bizarre case going on here...
As for new info, there's like a short bit in Japanese on it in this
report on TAF day 1. There is a picture of some of the staff (including Tow Ubukata), and one new picture
here And a very short bit on
this page which just kind of confirms that Ubukata will at least be involved with the scripts in the anime. If he left it all to someone else it would become a bit bad...
