It actually makes a lot of sense, though. Dumb luck or not, Usopp was the one responsible for knocking out Sugar. Sugar, who was essentially the
heart of Dofla's operation in Dressrosa. Of
course the brunt of his wrath is going to be directed at our wimpy little friend for making him fall neck-deep into a sea of poo.
