I am not entirely sure that she understands that this will make Tatsumi hate her, remember she killed Susanoo and her subordinates killed several members of Night Raid.

Yet she still thought Tatsumi loved her when she found out he was a member of Night Raid, she clearly doesn't understand the consequences of her actions or she doesn't care, and she will be angry so she will act emotionally.
