I believe Osamu will get injured but survives albeit he has to spend time in the hospital. This way we might also get insight of the way of how Trion gets used for medical reason. For example Osamu could get a limb made of Trion, just an example.

I still think that Tachikawa Kei's eyes are Trion technology. That grid pattern just isn't normal. Maybe he was born blind or lost his eye sight in the first invasion?
