I think of the scorer as a system, rather then them just appointing some 'one'.
Touma had rejected being one, he did not want to become the Magic Gods 'bitch' lol
So could that mean IB and WR are part of a system, I think half so. lol
With great power comes great responsibility. I think this phrase has several means, but couldn't that also come with a price or something? A being can become twisted with power. Has Kamisato given off that kind of vibe?
