Considering Juubei is the last of Six Heroes who not playable yet, he may serve as DLC similar to Valkenhayn for CS and Terumi for CP, leaving Amaterasu as the most possible character to be the final boss (not to mention the progress basically a race to reach her), using either a giant like Take-Mikazuchi or its real form. Kinda doubt it'll be Es since 'otherworld visitor' we got by start of CF is Naoto.

But I won't rule out E's yet.
E's empty Nobody body is still drifting down there. So anything can happen to it.
And Nine, who sealed that body away is... well what she is now. There is a possibility Nobody might show up.
That ought to trigger more hysterical reaction from Nine too, which I want to see.
