You should have enough historical ships to go BEILQ, which I feel is a safer route.
Lineup looks okay to me. I would put the Searchlight as Fleet 2's flagship though. Maybe you can swap Nachi's Star Shell for Haguro's Searchlight and line them up like this: Nachi, Hatsuzuki, Sendai, Haguro, Kiso, Shigure.

I did that for all my runs except the first and still couldn't get a clean kill most of the time. The support might miss but any enemy it help takes out means less trash to distract your ladies from the boss.
