This is the north route. - Normal Nightmare Fleet Quest where you need to go with the 4 DDs (DD as FS) 1 CA and 1 CL.
I got really no idea why I can't get through this month - It has to be something beyond RNG though
To my own surprise this even gues north 100% of the times despite the fleet having no drums.
