Ise getting the ability to heal himself would be cool, but I don't think it'll happen. He didn't suddenly get the Power of Destruction from poking Rias's breasts. Poking breasts just helps him power up more easily with the Sekiryuutei's power. Though DxD G wasn't achieved by poking breasts. So if he poked Asia's breasts, he'll get a power-up from the Boosted Gear. That's how it always is when he pokes Rias's breasts, anyway.
