Considering the game it's based on, a special character from the manga will be distributed as an ally in game with each volume that comes out. Usually that means the character will also be a significant character to the plot in the spin-off it appears in.

Take the info as you wish but it probably means that she'll be alive somehow especially considering the last two volumes bonus characters spoiled the strengthened forms of both Lulu and Uridem before we read about them.
