I don't think Heinz can do god descent, but a step below. And besides, Van could just shoot such a thing down. But yeah, I guess that is a power-up that is already available to Heinz that we've not seen yet.
btw, a fun idea I had. Remember how Van cured the fertility issues of the Ghouls? Well, let's say he wants to undermine Alda in a subtle way - one option would be to make all his believers infertile. Then just wait for them to die out! Okay, that's a rather passive option but it could work, depending on how it was done and how patient Van wants to be...
