Yurius is there to blast away Brodea's reduction shield post 30% HP.
Even with both 9 and a Raphael stone, she'll still very likely to put up a shield post 30% HP.
In a 6~12 man train, that's very critical.
The slow can blast away the instant refill without making you wait for her to enter break.
A double dispell can blast away the shield from her trigger.
Also, Yurius is a better debuffer in U.Baha HL then both 2 and 4 combined.
As long as he has enough guage, he can fully stack his debuff in a single turn.
