Naku Koro ni Matsuri" even mean? Who's "they"? ^^;
Matsuri (祭) simply means "festival", not "a better version", and even that name is still not yet confirmed to be the port's final name. Nobody ever said the consumer port is going to be "better" at anything. It's true that the port will be receiving a total makeover, from new character and background arts to new musics, as well as new features such as selection points - but that's simply because it's a consumer port, it's an obvious process: most PC visual novel games get polished up with new visuals+contents when they get ported over to the consoles.
