Maybe that's why I like Progressive so much too. Power scaling is low, there isn't much BS power ups, etc.

I thought the Integrity Knight fights were fun, especially the Alice/Fanatio/Bercouli fights.
They got a little more flashy than past SAO fights, but it didn't feel like power ups so much as new weapon abilities and using them correctly. It was part of developing the world of the Underworld which came into even more focus during the second half of Alicization.
