I doubt Ichinose would be angry at Kei of all people, if anything she may feel she lost to her in terms of speed at getting with the boy she loves or noticing him earlier. If anything I think that after being rejected, instead of giving up like Satou did, she will work hard to receive Kiyotaka love without fear since she already opened her heart to him, after all Kiyotaka is basically the pillar in her heart by now.
