Another from Funa. Hope they work a little harder on this than they did with Make My Abilities Average.
Also, just FYI, this isn't a standard Isekai from what I'd read, and the description above is misleading. She doesn't die, for one thing. She falls off a cliff and as she falls she accidentally grabs a passing energy being that has the ability to travel between worlds, pulling off a part of it and making that a part of herself. Thanks to that, she now has the power to travel between worlds and goes back and forth. I'm not sure whether we're talking travel between universes or just travel between planets, but either way for her it's like going from one room to another.
