No, I haven't seen the second and third episode of that OVA, but the
Wish Upon A Star OVAs were set in the middle of Season 1 and even then it covered an adventure in her past that wasn't in the source materials some time after she was adopted, showing why it didn't work out. And the first of the one about the Wild Hunt was set after Season 1 and has no equivalent in the Manga.
Now, if they start to animate bits of the Light Novel like how Joel met Recurrant or the Pyrite Knight, or even the story of that Wizard and the other Sleigh Beggy, I'd be on that.
