This does vindicate volume 21 theories however. Where the epilogue of volume 21 took place in a future event. It now appears that event occurs in volume 23, and after Takahisa remembers, so that is why he is so confident and creepy, versus his volume 22 timid nature.
Curious about this capital city too which has only appear recently, I wonder what kingdom it is in.
