That one guy is going to get someone killed.

I get why he's frustrated. Doesn't like being the second driver. And especially hates it on a team that actually makes the second driver sacrifice their own chances to win to support the primary driver. But that's the team he's signed himself up with. And recklessly driving around is just proving the owner of that team right. That he's a good sacrificial piece to boost the results of the main driver, but that's all. Gave him 20 minutes to take the lead not because he was really offering a chance to win, but because he figured it would take that long before his car started to wear out and it'd be time for the ace to take over.

Good episode for Haruka. Getting some sponsorships allows the car to be less of a death trap and his skills can shine a bit more. He still couldn't claim a top 3 finish. But he was right outside this time. If he keeps going that podium position is definitely within reach.

This year's F1 season has been dominated by Team Red Bull and its top driver Max Verstappen, so much so that he's already clinched the championship with five races still to go. When asked to justify such a huge imbalance, F1 fans say that making the cars more equal would be punishing Red Bull for their success. Meh.
I kind of get the F1 feeling on this. You don't punish the best players in other leagues for being better. Don't tell sports stars to drag anchors behind them so it evens the playing field for the less talented in the league.

Or more accurately told tell teams they can't put money into training facilities and better medical staffs if they are just wealthier than the other teams. If their cars and drivers are straight up better then yeah the results will turn out like that sometimes.
