It looks like Sasuke may be in it.
A character that looks like Sasuke appears in this trailer fighting Itachi. Itachi casts his Mangekyo Sharingan. Some may argue that is Kakashi, but the hair, along with the wrist bands indicate it looks like pre-time skip fashion Sasuke.
