But.. they shouldn't be flying.. more precisly, standing in the air. It's how should I put it, a result of the author getting over zelos with battles. Before, Ichii neded Yurichi's bat-arm thing.. there is no logical explanation why he would be able to fly in the real world, when he can't fly in the SS world.
I speculation it is perhaps an development mistake, perhaps they misinterpreted a manga board were they were jumping and mumbling huge walls of dialog as them flying.
