Too bad for Cuffs. They could have just delayed the release instead of pushing through with it on the 25th, like what ROOT did with Touka Gettan...though in Touka Gettan's case, all those delays still resulted with the game being far from complete. >_>

Cuffs already delayed Garden by a few months. In a niche business, there isn't room for lengthy delays, so publishers (unless they're super successful, like Aquaplus or Visual Art's) get boxed into lose/lose situations. When funds run low, they have to ship, even if it means losing a lot of good will.
Touka Gettan was far too ambitious of a game, especially when Orbit operates on a yearly turnaround.
