Hm...considering that Akane's 'virtual PA' suggested that she should take some supplements in order to protect her mind, it seems to me that they're really treating criminality as a disease, which is an interesting if frightening possible 'medical' development to me.

Then again, I suppose this is already considered normal in certain countries today...?
