well I think that's good reason, except for point 'a' to be honest I never see that coming . . .
Anyway, Kirito want to marry Asuna now, and no doubt that Asuna will agree, but what about KoB especially the leader? I do hope Kirito duel him again and beat him . . ., I got strange feeling that Heatcliff challenge Kirito to a duel that he(Heatcliff) will win. I think that's why he angry even thought he almost lost and then barely win.
