Sounds fair. I imagine something went wrong with the shipping end (international shipping and all may run into unforseen problems) and not with Amazon's end. I'll take that advice and order through them. Thanks much.
Oh, with a preorder will the money be removed from my account once I place the order or when the order is shipped?
