Granted what we've seen in StrikerS, she summons many small critters and
a giant bug. So mostly likely the Technique Amnesia is just so the situation doesn't become like a Fist of the North Star/JoJo's Bizzare Adventure "MUDA/ORA/ATATATA/*insert battle cry here*" segment while the victim tries to obliterate the swarm of naughty critters.
