I don't really see how this resembles HnG... juz becoz it has about the same settings as Kaminomi (1 male lead -> alot girls). All galges are also like that. In fact, Kaminomi's setup and storyline resembles more to those galges rather than HnG.
Also, Keima =/= Hayate. Period..

Why not? With that much girl being focused, i don't see why it wouldn't fit into a 13 eps anime.
With that, its highly likely that there would be a second season to this, considering the amount of chapters that they used to animate the first one.
