With miyuki though he is able to feel emotions to an small extent. He dotes on miyuki and we've seen him get pissed when others tried to hurt her which is an emotion he shouldnt have. The only emotions he really has left is love for miyuki which they left to keep him under control. That could end up a double edged sword though depending on how things go. The is some clues that wouldn't make the idea that they are cousins instead of sibling not be completely out of nowhere. Miyuki would pull out all of the stops if that is the case.
