Well, well. The last episode was kind of interesting...especially with the subs to perfectly understand the conversations.
As the subs are out I think it's kind of meaningless to keep up the spoiler tags, but I won't be the one breaking it first:

Spoiler for episode 24:

Rina is surprisingly cold. Or maybe she knows she can't do a thing about it. The situation with the scandals are perfectly clear to her. She also tries her best to keep M3 from collapsing by replacing Manou at Venus. Rina wonders why the president left it that way and she explains it was like that even before she took the job and due to the money and Menou's(Meanou is like a guardian to the guitar girl and Menou doesn't want her talent in the dirt...that's why she took her in) plea she left it that way.
Meanwhile Touya hurries to the hospital as he confusedly believed that Haruka had an accident. When he hears it was Akira instead he suddely feels a big relief...poor Akira, your supposed friend hardly cares about you.

Then Touya hears from Akira the mess at Ogata productions. Actually Eji is accoused for not paying taxes for his secret paintings and for trickery with the company's funds.Toya wants to hurry to Yuki and help her somehow, but the last minute Akira catches him and tells him to not as he has no way to help. Touya leaves and lastly he says he's relieved to know he's alright and don't want to lose anyone anymore.
Then we have some moments with Menou where Touya still wonders from where he knows her. We already know that Yuki and Menou was great childhood friends and also Touya probably hanged around with them a lot. That makes Manou Touya's first godess.
The reharsal day comes for the Venus Festival and Yuki and Rina can finally met since a long time.
After that Yuki seems to worry about Eji's situation and contrary to Yayoi's advices she visits him. Eji's completely broken and feels like this is the absolute end for him. Yuki tries to console him, but she did it a bit to hard and the whole thing turns out to be the two kissing...I would say unexpected, but from the conversation before it was kinda leading towards that. Tough still strange how Yuki didn't back up from him much earlier.
Yuki pushes finally Eji away and escapes. She feels guilty and want to apologise for Touya.
Meanwhile Rina leaves a message for Touya to see her performance tomorrow. She also asks whether Touya took care the things regarding his father or not. It probably means that Rin knows about the death of Touya's death...or she means something other? Anyways option A is much more possible.
After that Rina stays at Venus a bit and due to Tamaru's sheme or not she drinks something poisoned with acid. She coughts up and tamaru's lackery seems terrified at the scene. Meanwhile Yuki arrives at Touya and instant runs into his arms with teary eyes. She expresses her sorry, but speaks confusingly, but Touya's got the picture. Then Yuki seems really surprised to see Menou.
At the last scene Touya's inner thoughts are saying that Yuki isn't his air anymore, but just a...
The text was left like that, but I think it means she is only a godess to him as the others.

Oh! I've almost forgotten The Master has spoken!...I also though he would remain silent the whole time.
