In the previous episode, Suzuka took notes on Shirou's and Issei's relationship.
Mimi was the only one with red face reaction, Illya's and Nanaki's were horrified, and Tatsuko is the only one does not have any ideas.

At first I thought Mimi was the most normal out of the four normal girls, and Tatsuko seems to be the most strange.
But now I think Tatsuko is actually obvious for her age, Suzuka and Mimi are already adults.
So Nanaki is the most normal out of all four, and considering her big sister's situation.

When I think about it, these four may exists in this series because of 4th Grail War did not happen.
So scary actually.
