This.
Basically, select YES after you apply the patch and start EX for the first time. And then use the guide to get into Sasami, Kanata, or Saya's routes.
But if you want the new content/H scenes from the other girls' routes, you're going to have to remove the patch and play through the game without it. I think.
At least until they finish the patch for EX/ME.
