I don't think so. I have Vista Ultimate 64-bit and it doesn't work with mine. I think that this is because Vista doesn't have the active desktop or web desktop feature. I'm hoping that they fix that with service pack 1. The only way would be to make it into a video format (.avi, .mpg, etc) and using Dreamescene with Vista Ultimate. But I haven't been able to make it work so far because the size and shape of the picture keeps changing when I make it into .avi.
