I'm going to sound like a complete cynic here but...

Christian Bale doens't excite me as an action movie lead. He doesn't seem to have much understanding of the craft beyond *Grunting like a hairy troglodyte*. The Dark Knight may have been a world wide super block buster which received MASSIVE critical acclaim...But Christian Bale had nothing to do with that. Pretty much anyone could have played Batman in that movie and Heath Ledger still would have carried the film.

So not to put a cramp on anyone else excitement, but I'm largely uninterested in this film.
