That is precisely the part I'm saying you are
not being objective. You start from the presumption they are either 1) no longer together or 2) will no longer be together. That is not yet clear -- therefore for the status quo to be overturned, the burden of proof generally needs to be overwhelming, which in this case thus far it is not.
