Well since this is anime, and anime has a long history of childhood friends usually winning (despite whether they are the fan's favourite or not) + Okada's given history I'd say Ko and Ohana will get together by the end.
But yes, I agree it would be interesting if a Ko x Tooru shipping pair was concluded despite the possible rage amongst the community

To be honest though, I don't really care. I'm not much of a shipper when in comes to love *many sided shape*, but moreso critical on how's it executed.
