We don't know what went on during the production of Gundam Seed Destiny, outside of the fact that Morosawa had a problem turning in the scripts on time. Did Fukuda have a problem with the actors? I have no idea. Was Sakamoto dating someone else at the time? I have no idea, no one is really talking about what happened with Gundam Seed Destiny.
All we know about the delay of the movie is that it has to do with Morosawa getting ill.

This goes back in Jan/Feb 2011, when Fukuda (on his Twitter) was unhappy over how GSD was represented in SRWZ. Meanwhile, Kenichi Suzumura was quoted as saying that the SRWZ version of Shinn was "the true Shinn in his heart".
Suzumura also implicated that Fukuda was also very demanding on Sakamoto, which may explain why, in the series, Luna missed the shuttle. Suzumura's statement very much jibes in what Rie Tanaka said in 2008 on how Lacus was the hardest role she played so far.
Finally, Suzumura, Sakamoto, Hoshi (Kira's VA), and Ishida (Athrun's VA) all supported Naomi Shindo when she criticized how Cagalli was written during GSD.
