then you have the fact that he was given the opportunity to kiss shinku in the same episode, and it gets pretty obvious.

I dunno, nothing really indicates that he would be turned on by them. He doesn't seem to be your average pervy male lead in a anime. Instead he seems to have all the interests of a "normal" lad, toy cars and cursed dolls etc
RM to me doesn't have the attributes of a etchi fan service anime at all, I think in context with the rest of the epis I would say Jun was embarrassed... (I must point out I do realise there are lots on connotations coming from Nori, which could be taken quite badly)
