For the graviton girl ... my bad I made that list on wild guess : actually I didn't really forget her ... I just forgot her name
and her ability so I counted her
(by inadvertence) in the last 3, (I just remembered there's 10 named level 4 so far to be accurate)
Edit : 11 if we count Misaka worst though >.>
