what would if (BIG SPOILER!even though we haven't seen the movie yet) Kuroto Mogari is in fact Fumito Nanahara !, intending on playing, mocking, massacring and trolling Saya and many people of their challenges.

And that "Fumito Nahara" is actually a fill-up actor and a fake doing the dirty work and forcibly taking the blame.
