So, the second bout against King Bradley couldn't have been wildly exciting.

Fu attempted a suicidal bombing against Bradley, however, the Homuncülus flatten out those illusions like blowing candles. Fortunately, Bucaneer pull out the last of his breath to impale Bradley in the gut, although the Captain had to get through the old-man Fu first.

Immediately, Lin's rage landed a surprise strike on Bradley's Ultimate Eye, doubling the damage to their favor.

It was comforting to watch Oliver Armstrong and Izumi engaging in conversation very freely. They quite got a lot in touch about the meaning of those becoming human sacrifices after opening up the 'Gate'. Exactly, why "Father" desperately needs the five sacrifices for its nationwide transmutation circle likely would be answered by next week or the week after.

Spoiler:

Bad things turn to sour once the Gold-Tooth bastard let loose the Bradley-failures on Ed's team, which gave him enough time to set-up and then activate his transmutation circle for the gathering of the sacrifices.

And that one was mind-blowing cliffhanger.
