The title of the sow is actually very smart, one of the smartest out there IMO, and you've seen the source of it from Episode 1!

The name Naruto is a random name made by Jiraya for the original hero character in his book, the same book Kakashi has been reading since god knows when, the same book the shows Naruto doesn't like very much. Uzumaki-baka has it's name because his parents really liked the book and the character in the book. (character who's name is "Naruto", a random name Jiraya came up with)
The first edition of the book wasn't very popular, so Jiraya
* cough "changed it's
inclination" in later volumes so as to make pretty penny.
But anyway, basically Naruto is the name of character in a book in the book (since Manga = Book somewhat) and either hint to the shows ending or either just say "ultimate ninja" in a sneaky way.
