Worst is closer to a negative Mikoto rather than an Anti-Mikoto.
With Full-Tuning, I imagine someone who is manipulative and ruthless once a goal had been selected, and willing to use her..... assets..... to completely dominate Kamijou-chan. It will be fun to see this.
