I actually thought the first transition from Yuji's training to Margery's flashback was pretty funny this time around.
fight scenes continued to feel more like the better fights in the first season (these ones are way trippier than the Mare and Kasha fights). even if it's not the current Margery, it's fun to see her fighting. Yuri's moth and flame powers were also pretty damn weird. certainly the best fight of the season, even if we knew Margery couldn't actually die. Anyway, chalk up yet another reason for why Margery drinks so much and why most flame hazes are total bastards. This had seemed pointless at first but I think it really did re-enforce who Margery is as a character, and with some good fight scene's inbetween, so well worth it.
Oh, and very pleased with the little development in the last minute or two. maybe they'll have Margery come after Yuji's head instead of Wilhelmina.
next week looks like planning starts for the school festival (horray for Shana's costume from the end of the opening) and you know who from episode 7 shows up. some of you are probably going to be pissed to have another school episode, but still looks like fun.
