Rangiku did see Isshin which makes this kind of weird...
Before Ichigo fought Aizen he landed 10 feet away from Rangiku and Gin and placed Isshin on the ground right in front of her.
Also there is no possible way Yamamoto doesn't know Isshin is Ichigo's dad, I refuse to believe he was THAT stupid.
