You overestimate Soul Society. This is the group that allowed Rukia to be executed just because she shared her powers with Ichigo to stop hollows, knew that Ichigo would be betrayed by Ginjo but they allowed Ginjo do as he pleased, sent all the captains to fight the VR and they all used bankai. Maybe Isshin can pull a keikaku on SS.
